How to send a takedown notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown” and include:

1. Your name, company (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
2. Details of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on ibhomma.net that you want removed.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

What happens next

After we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable the reported link(s), usually within 48 hours, and reply to confirm. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we ask for the missing details.

Counter-notice

If you believe a link was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake.

Repeat issues

Links that are repeatedly reported for infringement will be permanently removed from the Website.
